Products
We produce our products as sustainable as possible. We mostly use GOTS certified organic cotton, work with factories who produce in an ethical manner, and we pack our products in polybags made from recycled plastics.

In general, our items have a relaxed or oversized fit. This means you don't have to size up yourself. For every product you can see our sizing scheme and we recommend comparing this to an item in your closet which fits well.

Payments
Yes, PayPal is currently available (again).
You can now also pay using regular bank transfer. For this service, you select 'SEPA Bank Transfer' during checkout. After placing your order, you see the payment instructions on your screen (and you can also send these to your e-mail address).
You can transfer the amount to this account (using the right payment reference) and after 3-5 days your order will be completed and send out. We will reserve the items in your order for 2 weeks maximum.
Please note you will be paying to a local IBAN account of our payment service provider, Mollie, and that you will always need to include the payment reference as shown on screen/in the e-mail.
Nope. We believe in helping you look good without diving into debt. We'd love for you to cop our items only when you have the means. If not, no worries - keep an eye out for our discounts through our newsletters and grab the goods guilt-free when the time is right.
Delivery
Place your order now, and we'll ship it in the next 1-2 business days if your product is in stock. For on demand products, we'll be able to ship those in 2-3 weeks.

If your order contains an on-demand item, all items will be sent in one shipment once all items are produced. If you want to receive the in-stock items separately/earlier, please make two separate orders.
Returns
You can return your product(s) within 30 days, if they are unworn and unwashed. You can e-mail help@cultureculture.com to start a return. Please mention your order number as well as the reason for the return (this is super valuable feedback for us). Only with a registered return and a note mentioning your order number, you can return the items to:

Returns are not free, therefore we cannot provide a free return label.
