We've created this page to update you on the status of our fix for the print issue on the Gold Winner sweater. 

A small batch of prints was affected by a dryer issue: the dryer malfunctioned, causing the ink to not dry properly. The smallest impact (by another item in laundry for instance) could cause the print to break. We are extremely sorry your order is affected by this issue.

Our printing factory has already ordered a new dryer for future productions, but we also take full responsibility on affected orders in our CC16 Sports drop.

We are currently planning the replacement of the items. The only issue we are facing with this, is that we have a limited number of XL and XXL garments available. We might have to refund some of those affected items instead.

Please rest assured we'll either replace the item free of charge, or issue a refund.
